ONTARIO BISON
Broadway Farm's Market has partnered with Mike Jasksic, of Grey Highlands Bison in Feversham, Ontario to bring you the highest quality of Ontario Grown Bison.

We have a variety of Bison Sausages, with no fillers or additives. Bison sausages are a healthy alternative to pork. The fat content in bison is 2.42 grams per 100 gram serving compared with 9.66 grams per 100 gram serving of pork.
