The Broadway Farm's Market Cheese Shop has a large selection of artisan cheeses. Artisan cheeses are manufactured by hand using the traditional craftsmanship of skilled cheesemakers. As a result the cheeses at Broadway Farm's Market are often more complex in taste and variety. Many are aged and ripened to achieve certain aesthetics. This contrasts with the more mild flavors of mass produced cheeses produced in large scale operations, often shipped and sold right away.

Part of the artisan cheese making process is aging and ripening of the cheeses to develop flavor and textural characteristics. We carry 8 and 10 year old cheddar along with cheeses from the Ewenity Dairy. Our fine cheese selection is second to none, come on out to Broadway Farm's Market for the best fine cheese selection in Caledon. We're no carrying artisan cheese from Fromages Chaput, including Enchanter, Filou and Ste-Marie Chaput.

We're also carrying a selection from Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company, a privatly owned producer of fine hand made cheeses, locally produced using goat and sheep milk.

We will be receiving a large shipment of speciality cheeses for the holiday season.  Should you have a favourite cheese please request and we will be happy to bring it in.
