Each week the meat counter at Broadway Farm's Market is filled with farm fresh meats, delivered fresh from our suppliers. We have worked hard to find growers and producers who raise their animals with the same quality and care that we raise our beef cattle. All our meat is naturally raised, using feed produced on the farm. At the market you will find a selection of beef, chicken, pork and lamb. We carry a selection of fresh Venison, Bison, Squab, Pheasant, Capon, Turkey and Muscovy Duck. Broadway Farm's Market also carries smoked trout from the Milford Bays Trout Farm, all natural, chemical-free smoked trout products. You can set your table with traditional fare, but those special occasions warrant something a little more adventurous.

Fresh Fish
Each week brings a different variety of fresh fish to the market. Fresh Pickerel, Wild Alaskan Halibut, Organic Salmon, Wild B.C. Salmon are some of the favourites which are sold at the market. Let us know if you have a variety you would like us to bring in.

Flat-Chickens
Whole, skinless boneless, bone-in skin on, legs with thigh attached, wings, ground, satays, stuffed breast with sage and onion or grilled vegetables. The World Famous Flat-Chickens are available from Broadway Farm's Market in Lemon Garlic Herb, Rosemary Balsamic, French Herb, Mild B.B.Q. Spicy Jerk, Teriyaki. The Flat-Chicken stays fresh and makes for easy entertaining - try one today!

Sausages
Sausages are made regularly at the market. Larry hand prepares all the sausages using no preservatives or fillers. Choose from breakfast sausages, pork sausages and more. A variety of sausages to choose from including Wild Leek Sausages, Plain Sausages, Farmer Garlic, Mild Italian Sausages, Hot Italian Sausage, Sage Onion Sausage, Smoked Apple Sausage, Sundried Tomato & Fresh Basil Sasuage. Try our market made burgers - black angus burgers, prime rib burgers, sirloin burgers, lamb burgers, bison burgers, chicken burgers and -turkey burgers! Available in a variety of flavours, including moroccan, cajan chicken, lamb rosemary and more!

We customize freezer orders to suit your family needs. Mix and match any of our frozen meats and receive 10% off the counter price on orders over $100.00.

Hinds and sides of Broadway Farm Raised Beef are available. We hang all our meat for 21 days and cut and wrap to our customer's specifications.
