Each week the meat counter is filled with farm fresh meats, delivered fresh from our suppliers. We have worked hard to find growers and producers who raise their animals with the same quality and care that we raise our beef cattle. All our meat is naturally raised, using feed produced on the farm. At the market you will find a selection of beef, chicken, pork and lamb. We also carry a selection of fresh Venison, Bison, Ostrich, Squab, Pheasant, Capon, Turkey and Muscovy Duck. You can set your table with traditional fare, but those special occasions warrant something a little more adventurous.

Custom orders are welcome. Should you require a specialty cut, please do not hesitate to call. We ask that all special orders are given with a week's notice.

Fresh Fish
Each week brings a different variety of fresh fish to the market. Fresh Pickerel, Wild Alaskan Halibut, Organic Salmon, Wild B.C. Salmon are some of the favourites which are sold at the market. Let us know if you have a variety you would like us to bring in.

Sausages
Sausages are made regularly at the market. Larry hand prepares all the sausages using no preservatives or fillers. A variety of pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, duck and beef sausages are available to suit all taste buds.

Freezer Orders & Custom Beef Orders
We customize freezer orders to suit your family needs. Mix and match any of our frozen meats and receive 10% off the counter price on orders over $100.00.

Hinds and sides of Broadway Farm Raised Beef are available. We hang all our meat for 21 days and cut and wrap to our customer's specifications.
