Broadway Farm's Market
  About Us

The Livingston family has been farming in Caledon since 1952. Our farm began as a small diary operation and we eventually grew to own the largest milking Holstein herd in Ontario and the only farm producing kosher milk. We have always been innovative and interested in expanding. Today we operate a year-round butcher shop and food market, raise beef cattle and grow corn, grains and soy beans.

The staff at Broadway Farm's Market are considered part of the Livingston family. Each one is sincere in promoting healthy eating. They bring a wealth of knowledge to our market and are happy to share their values with all our customers.

Larry CudneyLarry Cudney
Larry began his butchering career at the age of 17. Over the past 35 years he has had the opportunity to master the trade. Working alongside old school butchers, Larry has learned the lost art of rail butchering. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the market and welcomes any butchering challenge. He prides himself in being able to produce any cut of meat you require. From making sausages to preparing meat packages, Larry’s skills are always in high demand at the market. No request is too difficult and he takes a butcher’s pride in ensuring you always receive your “cut of choice”.

Rick MacKayRick MacKay
Rick comes to Broadway Farm's as an accomplished chef, having worked in Switzerland, Lake Louise and most recently running 'Oasis', a successful restaurant and catering business in Orangeville. Rick brings incredible skill and knowledge to our kitchen. He hand-picks all his ingredients that he will use in preparing the weekly menu. Arriving early at the food terminal allows him to form relationships with local growers and producers. Using only the freshest ingredients and making everything from scratch results in high demand for his products. Rick's quick wit and ready opinions on almost any subject makes our busy kitchen a happy place. It’s infectious, so be prepared for a good laugh.
