Each week the meat counter at Broadway Farm’s Market is filled with farm fresh meats, delivered fresh from our suppliers. We have worked hard to find growers and producers who raise their animals with the same quality and care that we have come to expect from years of raising our own beef and milking herds. We are proud supporters of Ontario Agriculture. All our meat is raised naturally and sourced locally. At the market you will find a selection of beef, chicken, pork and lamb. We carry a seasonal selection of fresh Turkey, Capon, Muscovy Duck, Pheasant, Squab, Venison and Bison.
Custom orders are welcome. Should you require a specialty cut, please do not hesitate to call the butcher. We ask that all special orders are given a week’s notice.
Fresh Free Range Turkeys are always available for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Get your name on the list early to guarantee the size you need.

Each week brings a different variety of fresh fish to the market. Fresh Irish Organic Salmon, Wild B.C. Salmon, Wild Alaskan Halibut, Pickerel are some of the favourites that are sold at the market. We also carry Milford Bay Smoked Trout.
All our sausages are made in the market butcher shop. The butcher hand prepares the sausages using fresh ingredients with no additives or preservatives. A large selection of frozen sausages are available, as well as an assortment of fresh made every Thursday. A few of our favourites include, Apple Bacon & Onion Pork Sausage, Steak and Mushroom, Lamb with Fresh Rosemary, Spicy Thai Chicken, and Maple Chipotle Bison.
